Who We Are
Our Mission
Our goal is simple. We want to make your son a better player but more importantly, we want them to be good teammates and most importantly good people. We focus on the fundamentals of baseball and increase the players knowledge as we get deeper into each session.
We want you to be proud of your players development and of the team they play for.
Founded as Boys to Men Youth Development Corp, our organization is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Fishers, Indiana. Since our founding, we have been supporting youth in the local community through programs focused around competitive league baseball, as well as community service and youth mentoring. Formerly known as the Fishers Falcons, our organization has, as of August 2023, rebranded as the Indiana Falcons. This name change is intended to better reflect our continued growth and reach in serving youth in our local community and beyond.
